Transportation / Directions | Camp Twin Creeks

Transportation / Directions

At the time of writing, our plan is to once again offer round trip bus transportation to and from Camp for the 2022 summer.    As always, this transportation is included in your tuition.  Bus spaces are on a first come, first served basis with capacity limitations per our bus company partner.  Click here to access your CampInTouch portal as the summer gets closer.

Buses meet at the Dulles North Transit Center, Ashburn VA.  Obtain directions here.  22599 Lockridge Road, Sterling VA 20166.

Campers leave this location at approximately 9:30am on Sunday at the start of a session.  Families should be checking in by 9am to ensure a smooth, safe and timely departure.  Campers must be checked in prior to boarding a bus to ensure we know who is riding which bus.

Campers return to this location at approximately 2pm on Saturday at the end of a session.  All campers are released once the buses arrive; we will stay with campers until their parent or guardian arrives.

Safety and riding rules will be given to all campers by camp counselor chaperones and the bus driver.

We will notify you by phone, email and/or social media if any of these time were to change dramatically.

Campers flying into Dulles – Washington DC will be met at Arrivals by our Transportation Director.  After they meet,  parents will receive a confirmation call or email.  Campers will then be transported to camp directly.  Prior to booking flights, we ask parents to confirm arrival details with the camp office.  Arrival time should be between 10am and 2pm in Dulles (IAD).
