Camp Twin Creeks is more than just sunshine, s’mores, and silly songs around the campfire. It’s a place where confidence grows, friendships bloom, and kids discover who they are. We aim for the experiences of each summer to strengthen our community, allowing camp to become a second home. However, for many families, the cost of camp can be a barrier to becoming a part of this beautiful community.
That’s where camperships come in. And they do more than just open the gates for a few lucky campers. Camperships help build a stronger, more connected, and more inclusive camp community for everyone.
There’s something magical that happens when kids from different backgrounds live together in cabins, complete ropes courses side by side, or stay up late, sharing stories by flashlight. Camp strips away distractions and status. What’s left is the shared experience—and that shared experience is the heart of community.
When campers feel like they belong, they thrive. They take more risks, form deeper friendships, and grow into leaders. And when that community reflects the full diversity of the world outside camp, the lessons learned become even more powerful.
Offering camperships isn’t just about covering a camper’s tuition. It’s about opening doors—to connection, opportunity, and belonging.
When we make space for campers from all economic backgrounds, we invite a richer mix of voices, stories, and experiences into our community. That diversity doesn’t divide us—it brings us closer. Campers learn to listen, understand, and celebrate differences. These are lessons that last a lifetime.
We believe every child deserves the chance to experience the joy, growth, and connection that camp provides. When we remove financial barriers, we create a ripple effect of kindness, confidence, and community that spreads far beyond the summer.
Let’s keep building a camp culture where everyone belongs.
