2024 rates and dates

We’re beyond excited for 2024 and yet another unforgettable summer with our traditional 2-week sessions!

Here are our 2024 session dates:

Session 1: Sunday June 23rd – Saturday July 6th
Session 2: Sunday July 7th – Saturday July 20th
Session 3: Sunday July 21st – Saturday August 3rd
Session 4: Sunday August 4th – Saturday August 17th

Tuition

Tuition includes the following invaluable aspects; community living and learning, opportunities for unstructured play in a safe place, problem solving with peers, exposure to nature, limited exposure to screens and devices, camp community/a home away from home, role models in the form of young adults who inspire and guide and much more…

$3,800 per session 

Tuition includes these practical features; camper emails and photo downloads, director access and guidance throughout the camp session, onsite laundry, meals, snacks, canteen and all cabin activities.

We offer a $300 discount for each additional sibling enrolled!

We also have our Referral Program as a thank you for helping grow our TC Community – $300 for the first new friend you bring with you, $400 for the next, and so on!

Are you unable to cover the full cost of camp for this summer? Apply for a Campership to see if you qualify for funding to offset the cost of camp. Camp Twin Creeks offers Camperships ranging from 10% to 90% of Camp Tuition.

Our week-long Dream Week session!

Perfectly designed for the young, first time camper, our Dream Week sessions are offered during the first week of sessions 1 and 2.  With dream week dedicated leadership, programming and staff, your child will enjoy the best that a camp week can offer, experiencing a wide range of our core program activities and being left with a hunger for more!  80% of our dream week campers return for the full 2-week session next summer!

Family Camp 2024

We’re excited to share our dates for family camp 2024: join us June 8th-9th for a weekend of fun for the whole family! For more information, visit our Family Camp Page. To reserve your cabin, email community@camptwincreeks.com!

Optional Activities

Horseback Riding

Campers ride 5 or 6 times during the session.  Trail rides, horse care and ring exercises are enjoyed in small groups of riders with similar riding experience, $420.

White Water Rafting

Rising 10th and 11th graders have the opportunity to go White Water Rafting on the Gauley River with Ace Adventures the first Wednesday of the session, $180.  Sign ups are through Camp Intouch

Rappelling

Rising 8th and 9th graders are able to go on a day excursion at the TimberTrek Adventure park. Campers are guided through a high ropes course for half of the day, and rappel for the other half, $180 Sign ups are also through Camp Intouch.

Fly Fishing

Campers of all ages are able to participate in an instructional 2-hour long fly-fishing session hosted at our very own lake with a local outfitter, $90.

Transportation from the Washington DC area

Luxury coach transportation is available to and from camp for each 2-week session.  Our bus stop is located at the North Dulles Transit Center in Sterling, VA.  The cost of transportation is $40 one way, $80 round trip.

International Camper Care Package

An additional fee for international campers, including round trip airport transportation to and from Dulles Airport, chaperone service, bedding and towels, luggage coordination, laundry, canteen and miscellaneous supplies as needed.

Refunds

Deposits are refundable until February 1st. Tuition and fees are refundable until April 1st. For cancellations after April 1st, the deposit, tuition, and fees are all non-refundable.

Fees

An additional processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.  Payments made by debit card, e-check or check will not incur this charge.
