Tuition includes these practical features; camper emails and photo downloads, director access and guidance throughout the camp session, transportation from the metropolitan Washington DC area, onsite laundry, meals, snacks, canteen and all cabin activities.

Perfectly designed for the young, first time camper, our Dream Week sessions are offered during the first week of sessions 1 and 2. With dream week dedicated leadership, programming and staff, your child will enjoy the best that a camp week can offer, experiencing a wide range of our core program activities and being left with a hunger for more! Typically 80% of our dream week campers return for the full 2-week session next summer!

Campers ride 5 or 6 times during the session. An additional charge applies. Trail rides, horse care and ring exercises are enjoyed in small groups of riders with similar riding experience.
As well as tennis sessions with their cabin, campers can enjoy private lessons or a mini tennis camp. Private lessons are $50 per hour and mini tennis camp is $100. (2022 rates) This tennis instruction is suitable for all levels of play and ages.
A fee for international campers, including round trip airport transportation to and from Dulles Airport, chaperone service, bedding and towels, luggage coordination, unlimited e-communication to and from your camper, laundry, camp t-shirt, canteen and miscellaneous supplies as needed.
All deposits and tuitions paid are fully refundable in the case of cancellation prior to June 1, 2023. After this time, tuition credit will be issued for future summers with no loss of funds. If your child tests positive for COVID they may either be quarantined or sent home at the discretion of the camp director and camp medical team. In either instance, no refunds will provided for any days missed.
An additional processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Payments made by e-check or check will not incur this charge.
