In association with Travel Insure and our own insurance company, AM Skier, we are happy to offer
our international families the option of purchasing Health Insurance for the short time they are with us
at Camp Twin Creeks. A summary of the service offered is below, along with some frequently asked
questions. To register, complete the form at the bottom of this page.
The Importance of Visitors Medical Insurance
Every year, thousands of international visitors to the U.S. need emergency medical treatment and
are unprepared for the high costs involved. This coverage provides illness and accident expense
protection, and can pay for treatment.
Plan Overview
The plan offers $100,000 for Illness and Injury Medical expense as well as $100,000 coverage for
Emergency Medical Evacuation. The deductible for this plan is $250.
For campers attending Camp for 2 weeks and spending no more than 15 days in the U.S. the cost is $40.
For campers attending Camp for more than 2 weeks and spending less than 30 days in the U.S. the cost is $72.
If my camper needs care will I have to pay up front for my medical expenses?
You may have to pay for medical care depending on the medical facility being used. If the hospital
requires payment up front, you then submit a claim for reimbursement, less your deductible.
What is a deductible? Is the deductible per incident or per policy?
The deductible is the amount that you pay before the insurance pays for covered expenses. The
deductible is per policy period, not per incident. Once the deductible is met, this policy will pay 80%
of covered medical expesnses up to $5000, then 100% of reasonable and customary charges up to the
plan limit.
How will proof of insurance be sent to me?
After enrolling online, your receipt and Confirmation of Insurance will be emailed to you.
If I decide to cancel my camper's stay at Twin Creeks, may I cancel my insurance and receive a refund of premium?
Yes. You may cancel your insurance prior to your effective date and receive a premium refund, less a $20 processing fee.
Enrollment Agreement
I hereby subscribe to the AIG Life Trust and enroll in the group coverage for which I am eligible under the group
