International Camper Information
Use this page to help answer questions you may have about the summer. Many campers travel from many countries to spend time with us at Twin Creeks - this information should help make the process a simple one. If you still have questions please email or call Gordon at 001 914 345 0707.
ESL - English as a Second Language
Camp Twin Creeks offers children a wonderful opportunity to spend their summer in a place of spectacular beauty, adventure and fun, while also learning or improving their English.
Once each day, they will have English classes and the rest of the day they will spend with their cabin and friends conversing in English, with the guidance and over view from their ESL Teacher.
The charge for ESL is $195 per session.
Flight Information
When booking flights please book them on a morning departure, arriving at Dulles International Airport, Washington DC between 12pm and 3pm. This will ensure they arrive at camp at the same time as the other campers.
Your camper will be met by a Twin Creeks staff member immediately upon their arrival at International Arrivals, after they go through customs. We will call you when we meet them and again when they arrive at camp.

What to Pack
Mornings and evenings can be cool so please pack some warm clothing, sweaters and pants. We will provide your camper with sheets, blankets and towels. There is no need for you to pack these large items. Please see this packing list as a guide.
Pocket Money
Your camper needs no money while at camp. You can provide $40 for the trip to and from camp for food and drinks.
Letters to Camp
You can easily write to your child by fax or email. Our fax number is 001 304 799 4949. Please provide us with a fax number we can send camper letters to. To send your camper email during visit the Summer website via the link on the home page or email with questions. To receive letters from your camper we recommend 'Bunk Replies' - this allows you to receive letters emailed to you within 24 hours!
Phone Calls
Campers typically receive 2 calls per session. Call our summer office at 001 304 799 6156 after June 10th to arrange these.
European Reunion
Each February, we host a reunion in Paris, France for our European families, both returning and new.
North American Contact
If you have family or friends in the USA or Canada that can serve as an emergency contact please provide us with this information.
Bank Information
Tuition payment can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, by Western Union to Marlinton, WV or you may wire funds into our account. For the required bank information to wire please email Gordon.
